The drinks are expertly crafted just like any big city cocktail parlor, but without the high prices or pretension.
I also tried their Metropoligin and Loonshine straight up. I had previously tasted a first batch of Loonshine which I didn't really care for, but it's clear that they have worked on their craft because it's now a marvelous product with really well made cuts. It's by far the best short aged whiskey on the market.
I'm not big into gin, but the Metropoligin was tasty and smooth. I can't go into too many details because I don't drink much gin. I did like it quite a bit more than the major brands and many other craft ones I've tried.
